I met Dr V a couple of years ago and started using his service. The team are always extremely professional and helpful and thoughtful. They always discuss what they’re going to do and why they only do  what is  necessary never do what’s not necessary  and are  more concerned about customers being satisfied and looking fantastic after Receiving the service from them. I’ve been having treatments specifically to help my hair grow and they have been extremely helpful and considerate. I also have dark circles under my eyes and I’ve had lumina which has been fantastic the way that they’ve done it. It’s a little bit painful so they give me a ball to hold and I really hold it. It’s just the little extra bits they do that no one else would probably think of.  When I was leaving after I had my treatment on my eyes they gave me a card telling me what to do what not to do. They also put stickers on the  card  to show what I had done reference number of the batch I used. I think this is great, just in case there was some kind of reaction or something like that,  which obviously there wasn’t, because they ask many medical questions before hand. Been seeing Dr V for a few months now he recommend PRP from my first visit, I finally plucked up the courage to get it done and honestly was the best decision I have ever made for my skin. Dr V was so gentle the treatment was painless and my skin has never been or looked smoother, and that was only my first treatment.
